Prices -Every event is unique, so we have to submit a costing based on each event’s individual requirements.
Enquiries -You can submit your enquiry via any of the means given on our contact us page. Please give as much detail as possible, including:
- The nature of the event
- The date and times (approx. event start and finish times).
- The name of the venue and the nearest town and county.
Details of the band’s requirements are covered in our Technical Requirements page. Please take the time to read through these. They should give you all the information you need (the amount of space we will take up, the minimum power needed to run our PA systems, setting up times etc).
Booking the Band – All bookings will require a 20% non refundable deposit and will be subject to our terms and conditions of engagement. Once your booking is confirmed you will receive from us:
- Confirmation of booking letter which will give the details of your particular booking
- An invoice covering the total hire cost, split to show the deposit and the balance due.
Making Payment – A 20% deposit is due to secure your booking and is due upon invoice presentation. The Invoice balance is due ten days prior to the performance date.
